I split my time between Denver and Arizona so we provide Colorado and Arizona Wedding planning services naturally but I have also planned weddings across the country in Maryland, Utah, Georgia, Iowa.   It's not about the location, it's about the wedding planning services.  Wedding planning services come in many forms.  At Planning The I DO we provide full service wedding planning services for the couple that is either too busy to go it alone or who doesn’t possess planning skills.  We also offer day-of / month-of  wedding planning services for couples who want to do the planning but want a professional to take the load off for the last month and the day of so they can relax, enjoy the moment with friends and family and ensure the plan is executed to perfection.  There are some couples who just need a little extra help on certain elements and for that we offer wedding planning services in an A la Carte model.

Through my 30+ years as a professional project manager I have learned to leverage techniques and tools which are effective regardless of location of the venue or the couple.  These tools are effective in wedding planning.  With today’s busy couples, it is imperative that we be able to collaborate effectively from remote locations and across time zones.  I even do a lot of planning while couples are in the air on business trips or vacations.

We just do wedding planning and only take on a limited number of weddings a year so we give each couple the focus and attention they deserve..  I don’t do corporate events, birthday parties, etc.   Weddings are my passion and all my wedding planning services are geared toward creating the wedding of your dreams while being mindful of your budget and “must haves”.  The wedding planning services we offer will be customized for you and your vision.   Some couples need more help, some less, some want to have a short engagement (yes that is possible and sometimes very desirable), some want to plan over a long period of time.
