At Planning the I DO, we like to call this month-of servic which is different than what many planners offer.  I can’t imagine stepping in on the day of the wedding and being much help but that is the model some planners use.  We will provide you customized online collaboration tools and give you a lot of tips to make your planning as easy as possible.   We also conduct a monthly check-in meeting with you to see how things are going, answer questions you may have and suggest course correction where necessary.    We join your team with full force, about a month before the wedding.  At that point you should have your plans well in hand.  Your wedding coordinator will review your plans, your vendor contracts, your budget, etc.   The coordinator will pick things up from there, build out a detailed task list of everything that needs to be completed to make your dream a reality, confirm all details with all vendors, build a detailed day of plan and take charge.   They are your right hand, shouldering the detailed planning load while you start to relax and enjoy.

Our day-of wedding coordinator service can be leveraged remotely.  We are very skilled, through years of experience, working with online collaboration tools so working with couples in other locales is not a concern.  If your venue is not local, I will likely make two trips to your venue, one to finalize the detail planning and then of course for the wedding.
